We guarantee the quality, freshness and labeled potency of our products. HAIRBACK will never sell any products that have been used or returned. We hope that every customer will be completely satisfied with his or her purchase. However, we realize that returns are sometimes unavoidable. If you need to return a product, please refer to the following information below.
If you are dissatisfied with your product for any reason within the first 15 days of purchase, you may return it for an exchange or full refund. Postage for shipment of returns is the responsibility of the customer, however, we will refund the original postage and packing costs and there are no restocking fees. Please note that credit card refunds may take a full billing cycle for the refund to appear on your statement.
Requesting a Return:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and Bank Transfer. Please see our How to Order page for more details. Please do not send cash or postal money orders.
Types of payment:
1. Bank Transfer
Transfer funds directly from your bank account. Simply select this payment method during checkout and complete instructions will be provided. Please allow up to 2 working days for processing. We prefer to use SEPA system payment. Transfer currency can be in USD, EUR, GBP.
2. PayPal - Credit or Debit card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Amex)
Customers wishing to pay via PayPal can either sign up for a PayPal account during checkout or use their existing account to pay securely using account balances, bank accounts or credit cards. You don't need to have an account to pay via PayPal, for more information contact us.

3. Cash on Delivery (Austria, Germany, Slovenia and Croatia)
We offer Cash on Delivery for the following four countries. More countries will be added in the near future.
We can only dispatch to the countries available in the drop-down list in the shopping cart during checkout. We do dispatch to all EU countries.
In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures. To contact HAIRBACK in the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, please email us at info.eu(@)hairback.eu and will make it a priority to handle the situation immediately.
